「Quick check in & out, Friendly staff and a clean room」

「The towels in this motel room have yellow stains. There is hair and visible stains on the bedsheets, and the pillowcases are also stained. I didn’t take a shower, and I slept fully clothed for the night. But staff were friendly. 」

「I will start this off by saying the front desk staff that was on duty during my check in was polite and did the best to find a solution to the issues. Upon checking into the first room I noted the sheets had burn holes from cigarettes on the tip sheet and the fitted sheet was also soiled with unknown stains. 「No one was on site when we arrived. Gave us an unacceptable room. Restaurant on site was closed. Complained about Hotel.com. Said he didn’t have time to confirm with Hotels.com, and we wouldn’t be charged because he couldn’t accommodate us. Still checking on that.」

「I love this place! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a quiet room and he got me one. The room is spotless (the whole building is spotless). I had everything I needed. I could heat or cool the room easily. I could open the window a bit for fresh air when I wanted some. I loved the big refrigerator, the sink, the toaster, microwave, and plenty of counter space.
