"Friendly and informative greeting on arrival. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Penthouse which was very warm and spacious, lovely view too. Lots of snow around, staff did well to clear steps and carparks. Great location, right in the middle of shops, cafes, etc. Vouchers for breakfast at Doughboys Cafe next door were very handy and appreciated."
