“Don't expect the glamor of the lobby photo online--that is very good photography, but the reality is a bit less grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure. (It was two days before I saw anyone who wasn't South Asian in Islamabad--there just isn't that much tourism, or even that much international business, at least that I could see. There is only one bank where you can withdraw from a foreign……

As a result, there was no booking, and I had to find another hotel late at night. The Expedia helpline has also been unhelpful, and I am unable to get a refund.”

“For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) ”

“I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel. Then I reached Hotel.Com……
