10/10 Excellent

"This Motel is amazing. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms take you a step back when things were easy and simple. If you want to get away and enjoy, this place is for you. What they have done with the outdoor pool/hot tub area is incredible. There’s multiple areas with bbqs and table and umbrellas, treed area way up in the hill with a fire table and gazebo, sauna and much more! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"Great location. Walkable to dining and the market. Easy drive to Banff and Lake Louise at a fraction of the cost of staying over there. A few miles from the hot springs which we enjoyed twice! Fifteen minutes to Invermere downtown with loads of cute shops and a great Appie Hour at Ullr!"

"I have never seen a room so poorly maintained. They tried to silicone over mold/mildew in the tub, cuts in the wallpaper, paint peeling on the ceiling, loose toilet seat, dresser drawers so tight you couldn't use them. All the flags out front were horribly tattered. If you're not going to maintain these flags, then remove them!! It is a huge disgrace to the flag as well as the Countries they represent. Horribly disappointed, would never go back!!"

"It was a great location, but…. Our cabin was very run down (looking around a lot of the cabins looked nice, perhaps we just had bad luck). In order to open the cabin door you had to put your shoulder into it, and to close it had to slam it very hard!! When doing dishes the sink wouldn’t drain, after a shower, outside smelled like septic tank, toilet seat kept falling off, bathroom faucet handle kept falling off, couldn’t close the bedroom door because the door was opened against the wall and the bed was too big to be able to close the door, front window was broken, couch was covered in a blanket to cover stains, pool and hot tub were too dirty to swim in, a rusted old trailer at side of driveway while driving in, the Thai food trailer at the front had a stop work order posted from a year ago, so goes half finished, things not put away such as shop vac, I could go on and on:(. We left a day early because we just couldn’t take it anymore! We didn’t complain because the problems were obvious and clearly had just gone unaddressed"

"Price and location was great. Communication with the front desk was not efficient if you could not physically make the office hours. The floors were dirty on arrival. It could have been from the dust with the patio door open, but requesting the floors to be clean did not happen due to a disconnect with the communication of the front desk. Easy and smooth check in, beds were comfortable. Fridge was in good working condition. Ice machine was in good working condition. I would stay again."
