Clean, quaint, modern and perfect location

Exactly what you need for a quick stay. Access to the beach with a short bike ride. Access to A1A and short distance to Amphitheatre if youre staying for a concert or event. Should've stayed one more day, just to have a relax day! Great accommodations and affordable!

30+ day stay

The stay was great. The host was exceptional. We needed an Air mattress for my sister tom sleep on and he had it at our door 30 minutes after I notified him. I have mobility issues and the host installed a number lock access on the back door the next day after requesting access through the back door. There is a reason there are Premier Hosts and these hosts definitely qualify. They did everything possible to make my stay a great experience.

Picture Deceiving

First thing was finding an open used shot needle on the bricks to the door. Outside was horrible. Living room had 1 very small couch not like the picture. No table and chairs to eat at but had a place to coom. Needed more furniture in Living room/kitchen area. Very nosy when renten upstairs came home. The apt inside was very clean. Ask for an extra chair for sitting was denied. Noisy window air-conditioners in living room and bedroom. Would not rent there again.
