Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. There is plenty of parking around the rental. The studio appears recently renovated, but lacked privacy curtains. The blinds worked ok, but let in a lot of light. Additionally, It would help if hooks were added to hang personal items. However, there is a closet with hangers. The check in/out process was seamless."
