“The old building looks good after renovation. I didn't notice any major issues.”

“Everything was great until we received 2 calls saying there were noise complaints? We were all in bed so Iwas confused but it was determined it was our tv? My husband is hard of hearing, but we were all in the same roomsleeping for the 2nd call. Just anexperience I have never had from many years of Travel. Other than that, all good,thx”

“This is a nice option if you are traveling to Wellington to watch the equestrian events. Very convenient location. Quiet residential neighborhood. We always felt safe there. Very clean 2 bedroom apartment. Adequate bathroom although it could use a shelf or stand for the placement of your personal care items. Tub/shower combo with good temperature and pressure. A few glitches - when we first arrived, the entry lock had the wrong combination so we had to call the host but she responded……

“This location is very clean and the pictures represent the actual unit very well. Olga is an incredibly responsive host. My only concern is that the only bathroom is in the main bedroom so if you have additional guests, they would have to come into the main bedroom in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. That, of course, is not the hosts fault. Should we require accommodations in the area again? I would absolutely reach out to Olga. Thank you very much!”

“We loved that Maria kept in contact with us the entire time. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Maria of Spain property was quite, quaint, lush and serene. Maria had to leave the County to take care of a family member. Even with this emergency, she kept us on her mind, checking in frequently. We truly enjoyed our two night stay. “It was beautiful and adorable! The pool was so cute and perfectly maintained. The space was safe and beautifully appointed. The bedding and the bed were so comfortable! ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay! We requested an early check-in and they were able to accommodate with no issues. Very communicative when we had trouble getting in. The 2 bedroom house was perfect for our needs and less expensive than renting 2 hotel rooms. Much cozier than a hotel too and the pool was a GREAT addition for our 7 year old. Highly recommend!”
