“The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. Duck and loons are in the area and are fun to watch. The whole house AC is a special treat on hot, humid nights. The owner provides 2 kayaks, and a canoe as well as a dock to moor your boat. “Lovely lakefront property. Home is well appointed. I typically pack kitchen items which I ended up not needing to use. Bedding was comfortable. The water was warm. The owner was very responsive and communicative. The neighbors were fantastic and very friendly. Listening to the Loons while sitting on the deck with morning coffee was magical.”

Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property.
