"The rooms were not that clean. The staff wasn’t very friendly just matter of fact, bathroom floor around tub has mold"

"Awful! As we pulled into the parking lot some guy was passed out on the cement while the EMT’s were administering Narcan, our three little kids had to witness that. Ups on check in the front desk asked for a $50 cash deposit, I declined. The whole hotel is filthy dirty, tv’s in our room didn’t work, dirty toilet and shower. Couldn’t open our bathroom door due to the door being swollen from water damage. No lights in the pool area, hot tub didn’t work. Cockroaches and gum in the hallways. No alarm clock or ANY clocks in the whole hotel, refused to give us more towels and body wash. Currently working with hotels.com to get a refund. 10/10 would NEVER recommend!!!"

"Room was a little muggy and didn’t smell particularly fresh when I got in. There were some shoe prints on the tile floor, but otherwise the room seemed clean. The entire property was a little dated and tired, but didn’t seem to be in disrepair. There were people milling about quite late and were too noisy outside my room, preventing me falling asleep until much later than I wanted, which is my biggest complaint."

"How to start, I have stayed here in the past and it was great which is why I chose to return. Things have changed dramatically, let’s just start with I have to request to have my room cleaned, clean towels, linens and toilet paper. After 3 days I learned that and supposedly got the room cleaned except for the over flowing trash being emptied. No one was at the front desk during the breakfast hours and if they were they looked like clients in very non-employee like attire. Sitting on the couch in the corner and away from the Front desk does not tell me you work there, have a name tag or are attending to the desk. Had to look for someone to refill the breakfast food, plates, utensils and cups. Honestly I was very disappointed in the Customer Service for this being a Service Industry business and the price of the room. I expect at the very least to be able to identify and speak to the Desk clerk, not have to search them out and continue to ask for amenities that should be tended to while customers are eating breakfast and checking out."
