“Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. Beds were made but no sign of mopping until day before Wall next to sink had not been cleaned before i stayed & was not done in time i was there. No plugs in sink or bath. Original bath had been……

“Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,……

“Ich habe eine tolle Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei jeder Frage stets hilfsbereit. Ich hatte nur Frühstück gebucht, da ich auch die lokalen Restaurants ausprobieren wollte. Die wenigen Abendessen, die ich im Hotel genossen habe, waren jedoch sehr lecker. Ausserdem ist die Lage des Hotels fantastisch. Die Shuttle-Bushaltestellen befinden sich zimmlich nah, was die Ankunft und Abreise zum Flughafen sehr bequem macht. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall……

“There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell. The room was clean and we had clean towls, We didn't use the kitchen area. The rooms are a really nice size. Just needs updating. Better locks on the doors, Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival. ”
