"The swimming pool was filthy, with heavy sediment and a lot of algae buildup. The pool water was dirty, and the decayed mats stuck all over my child's body. As a result, my child suffered severe dermatitis and skin irritation right after swimming, requiring an immediate hospital visit upon our return to Ho Chi Minh City. The resort failed to disclose that the beach is unusable; there is only a seawall and no actual beach to swim in. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded with a severe shortage of tables. The lunch restaurant was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't turned on, leaving guests dripping with sweat, and the food was bland and terrible. Furthermore, there was a shortage of buggy cars, making us wait a very long time to move around the resort. Most importantly, the children's pool was extremely dirty and unhygienic."

"The staff was on point with us, always asking if we needed anything and prepared to assist. The rooms were very clean. We were given fresh water every morning & a cute dessert every afternoon in the room. We were offered free breakfast and teatime buffet both were very tasty and offered a great selection of both food and drinks. The only negative is that there are a few areas needing touch up, ie: one of the doors in our room was broken. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay at The Anam Cam Ranh was absolutely wonderful. The resort perfectly blends luxury with warm Vietnamese hospitality, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The property is stunning, with rich wood details, beautiful tile work, lush greenery, and cozy spaces throughout. The rooms had a true boutique feel — stylish, intimate, and thoughtfully designed with warm lighting, comfortable bedding, and elegant finishes that made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The dining experience was exceptional, especially breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh pastries, tropical fruits, local dishes, and made-to-order options. The live piano music in the evenings added such a sophisticated and relaxing touch to the atmosphere. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout the entire visit. If you’re looking for a beautiful luxury resort in Vietnam with boutique charm, outstanding service, and a calm, refined atmosphere, The Anam is a perfect choice. We would gladly return again."

"Wow what a resort! This place does it right!! It's first class. The hotel is phenomenal. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the beach is incredible. The staff are lovely. So many amazing touches. Free beach towels and sun beds Free minibar and snacks, replenished daily. Staff come in and turn down your bed every night leaving a little sweet treat on your pillow. Theres a free bus into town each day. The pools were also amazing. One was closed during our visit for maintenance but the one that was open was great. You've got the red dunes on your door step and a short drive away are the white dunes and the fishing village is just a short drive away. Lots of lovely places to eat right outside the resort within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel is fabulous! I honestly can't fault this place it's incredible. I wish I could stay forever."
