“This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“Renovations going on making it hard to navigate the lobby. Carpets in hallway were dirty with debris (not vacuumed), no clock in room, no ice or soda vending machines, not enough towels for a two day stay, sticky bathroom floor. No access of a cart to carry luggage and packages, terribly uncomfortable pillows and bed covers, long check in check out process (lines and only 2 desk clerks). Staff was great...both friendly and helpful, good restaurant, quiet hallways, room was clean, nice view of……

“Only coffee and juice were offered complimentary at breakfast. Our room’s blinds were broken. We had zero natural light. Our tub did not drain, ankle deep in soap water within minutes. Bottled water in the room cost $3 unless a certain Hilton member level. Discussed blind and shower concern with staff, requested a call from management which I didn’t receive. Will return to Hampton Inn (one parking lot over) next time. Big difference within same Hilton brand.”

“Overall, our stay was nice. I think the price was a little high for the size room we had. Also would've been nice to have a small microwave, but we did have a mini fridge, which was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.”

“There was no Continental breakfast and in my opinion the prices for for a large coffee and a burrito was a little overpriced. The same as a hamburger and fries. I believe for the price that they charge you there should be some amenities that you don't have to pay for.”

“Ocean view, staff polite, room no fridge or microwave, bathroom door make noise when open or closing the shower floor needs cleaning with a strong floor cleaner and bathroom needs to be restored with flesh paint the bathroom door you can see rust at the bottom room 808”
