Unparalleled Service

The service at this hotel was unparallel. I needed a medication and they sent a driver to the pharmacy to pick it up and bring it back to the hotel. I also needed hiking boots and they went to a hiking shoe store bought me my size got them on sale and brought them to the hotel. I’ve never experienced such incredible service before at a hotel.

Magical place!

The most magical place I've been to! The hotel is an old estate and they have redone it beautifully. The staff was first class, the food delicious and there were so many activities to sign up for! Spa was impressive with the hydrotherapy, cold plunge and different saunas! We will definitely go back!!

We love EVERYTHING about this hotel but the people, service and ambience are the best! During this visit, I needed medical services on Christmas Day and they arranged a doctor and prescription medicine to come right to my room. Amazing!

Restful retreat

Booked my partner to do a four day trip with his daughter. He now insists we go back for a romantic couples weekend. According to both of them, the hotel is stunning. Food was amazing. Lots of activities on the resort. Wonderful spa and that says a lot since my partner generally finds hotel spas overpriced and underwhelming. They both came back boasting about the resort and looking very refreshed.
