“Never received the check in details 24 hours before so couldn’t risk taking the family and I had to do a 5 hour round trip to go get them, we didn’t have any hot water for the first 24 hours. The mattress in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on and after the first night slept in the lounge, also there isn’t a table so they provide 4/5 small tables to eat off but 1 of these had 2 missing legs and another’s legs were about to fall off. This might be ok for a couple……

“Fantastic weekend break in Colne for my partners birthday. The place couldn't have been more perfect - The sauna in the bedroom and large hot tub outside were fantastic additions - the place itself was huge and immaculate. “We had such a relaxing time at the lodge over new year. The view of the lake was the beautiful. The lodge was clean, comfortable and cosy. Loved the Christmas decorations! Particularly liked the fact that the kitchen had everything you could possibly need - plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Perfect for self-catering and a great base for exploring the local area. Would definitely recommend!”
