「Property was not clean. Second couple choose to rent a hotel rather than stay at the property. Walls were scuffed and flooring was gapped. Interior doors did not close fully. Either heating did not work or the home did not retain the warmth. Thermostat read in the 50s throughout the night. Walls were thin on a corner property allowing outside sound to easily penetrate. Was not worth the cost of the stay.」

「There was cold air coming through the windows of the house. Perhaps they don’t close completely or thy are not sealed properly. When the heater is off, the house got cold very quickly. This was not ideal particularly with an infant. There was alot of pet hair on the carpet and couches. Otherwise, great house and location. 」

「This was our second stay at the cottage while visiting family in the area. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and it was convenient to get groceries and takeout. The plus side of the home is that it is pet friendly. Mike, the host, was super responsive to our questions. We will certainly stay at the cottage again when we return to the area in the future.」

「This place is a dump! Unless you are desperate DO NOT reserve this VRBO. Bad smell like an old moldy smell possibly previously smoked in. There were bugs on countertop when I woke up this morning at 5:30 am and I immediately checked out. Someone was parked in the driveway when I arrived back last night and that car stayed there ALL night long! Built up dust on blinds, countertop and stove are nasty. Cracks in foundation and wallks. This place needs a lot of work!」

「It’s like an up stairs apartment. Very nice two bedroom apartment. Very modern very clean. The dock was crowded and I felt like I was intruding on their property so I didn’t use it. I was in town for business so I didn’t do much but it was much better than a hotel. Use the black door and up the stairs to the apartment. 」

「The cottage and location were great. 1 quibble, the sliding door on the wardrobe did not allow me to access the drawers.1 problem, since there was no parking allowed in the driveway (totally understandable) I had to park the rental car on a side street. Someone side swiped it. So be careful where you park.I would definitely stay here again.」
