「Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.」

「Host was pleasant in messages so I went against my better judgement and didn't take pictures of the lack of cleaning, and how badly the place was built. Thought it would be ok for the 2 days I was staying. The issues: Cobwebs on the fan, dirt and more cobwebs in the corner by the pullout, smudges on the walls (especially behind the faucet in the bathroom), marks on walls, stains on comforter, black smudges on wash cloth, and sheet, stain on shower curtain, shower handle fell off, curtian rod...

「Location is good. Walking distance to downtown NODA district. Nice off street parking. Cleaning up the outside overgrowth would make parking better. Plus, getting growth off of structure would make more appealing. The door had been kicked in at some point. This set the tone. Previous reviews did not tell the story. Bathroom floor is rotted and caving in. No amenities like previous reviews. No soap in bathroom and nothing to clean dishes with. Looked for dust pan for dirt we swept but no dice....
