“A very nice property with all of the amenities one would want - Keurig with coffee, nice washer and dryer, detergent, big bathrooms, lots of nice towels, very open with big windows and great for families! Quiet neighborhood away from 485 hearing only the sound of birds in the tree lined neighborhood. Conveniently located to Ballantyne and Pineville and easy drive to Indian Land on Lancaster Hwy and 521. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. We were very thankful……

“This is a quiet neighborhood with some walkable restaurants, but there’s no telling who else will be staying on site. I had a terrible first night with someone knocking on door at 1:30 AM and loud music till 3:30. The “trust and safety team” are still “investigating” 4 days later. No proactive steps to get me a refund or credit for a disruptive night. Also the parking lot isn’t reserved; it’s first come. Beware street parking because of occasional towing restrictions on weekdays. There isn’t an……

Once I got into the house to turn the outside lights on, we found that the front porch light was burnt out and the back porch lighting was very poor. “The location of this house is amazing: a safe, quiet residential neighborhood with super-easy access to a walking trail and endlessly walkable neighborhoods. The Blumenthal theater, Spectrum center, Uptown and an endless array of restaurants are within 2 miles of the house. Walk to the grocery store, an amazing sushi restaurant, a fun bar, highly rated Italian restaurant, and ice cream place all less than a half mile away.
