We very much enjoyed our one night's stay. We had brought our dog, and were allocated a dog-friendly room which was clean, well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and the decor was fresh. The dog treats, bedding and bowl were a nice touch. There are additional parking charges (none if booked directly with the hotel) and £30 charge per night for the dog - a bit steep but the all-in cost was similar to other hotels for this period. Breakfast is very good with a wide choice of options and there is a special area for those with dogs with good access to the buffet.

Nice enough hotel. Showing its age here and there. Staff were lovely, as was breakfast. Soundproofing between rooms is a concern, let's just say I heard most of what was going on next door overnight 🤔.

The staff of the hotel were absolutely fabulous. They could not do enough for me. My apartment was superb and had everything that I needed. I was also able to enjoy the spa and had a couple of very good treatments by Tracy. I would most certainly go again and recommend to others.

Lancaster House is a fantastic place for a stop off heading down the motorway. The staff were able to accommodate us even although there was a large group being welcomed. Our room was first class with much appreciated air conditioning on a sweltering day. Our meal was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs within a very nice environment.
