“This is a great budget motel with a solid free breakfast. It’s safe and clean, although somewhat dated. Great location with a great Italian/pizza joint right across the street and Baskin Robbin next to that. The hotel pool is great. Rooms are spacious and comfy. My only complaint is that the AC unit in our room was positioned to blow directly at the head on my bed. Very unpleasant and a poor design. Too hot to turn it off completely but not nice to have cold air blowing all night right in my……

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “Spacious rooms, good parking and security, lots of hot water. My only complaint was the quantity of dog excrement that hadn't been picked up either by the dog owners or by the hotel. I know they charge a pet fee but I become frustrated with irresponsible dog owners.”

“First and foremost, the beds were really comfortable! That's always a plus! The property was conveniently located for our needs. The neighborhood is not well-kept, but we did not feel unsafe. If you like wine, Clearwater Canyon Cellars is an easy 2 block walk from the house. And their wine is delicious! The house could use a deep clean and a few details like clothes hangers in the closets, shampoo when it lists shampoo as an amenity, and an upgrade on basic cooking utensils like spatulas, etc.……
