Most time the front desk put poker face and if there was two people, they were just talking with each other. The last night we stayed was awful because there was no hot water for shower since 5pm. I called front desk and they said they have someone to take care of it but no one called back to explain the situation. At……

“The room was not cleaned completely. There was stains on the table by the telephone. Also, we had the "Do not disturb/sleeping" tag on the door because we did not want housekeeping and it was ignored. Housekeeping still entered the room.”
