“The property should have communicated how to get the keys after hours more accurately. The information provided in the app was 100% misleading and false. The only way to have received keyed would have been to call the after hours letter line.”

“We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express because they are pretty predictable. This one was the exception. There were NO cinnamon rolls at b'fast, no milk, and only jelly in a squeezable jar that was communal. Some of the property looked well maintained, while other parts (like hallway rugs) could use some help. Definitely not my favorite.”

The room was spotless, and I was really impressed with how clean the entire hotel was — from the elevators to the hallways. “Second time we've stayed at this property. Rooms are very clean, but very sparsely appointed. No hangers in the closet and no drawers, so prepare to li e out of your suitcase. Also, strangely, the room does have a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Also, we had one bar of soap to use between the shower and the sink. Mattress and pillows were comfortable, bit the aluminum bed frame was so noisy. It popped and cracked everytime we rolled over or got in and out of bed. The free breakfast is……

“The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.”

“It was our third or fourth time staying here as a overnight stop. We would probably stay again as long as Expedia has a good rate for this hotel. The breakfast is good and the breakfast area was clean. The staff was friendly.”
