“Whilst the pictures and description might depict a 4 star hotel, the Hotel Penzance Promenade is definitely not a 4 star hotel.
It is poorly maintained and dirty with untrained staff.
On arrival we were greeted by someone who hardly spoke English and just said "sign please" and handed us a piece of paper with our details on.
We were then shown to our room door, advised of breakfast times and he left.
Our room had a broken pane of glass in one of the windows, which showed signs of being……
“This is a gem.
We are high end travellers and this is probably the best service we have ever experienced. The staff were very attentive and obviously take great pride in their work and the property. The food quality was excellent and consequently we ate there most nights.”
