「There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude...

「Je recommande pas du tout se camping en générale, les tentes en location sont sales, il faut payer en plus l'eau chaude pour pouvoir prendre sa douche, l'hygiène est déplorable, le staff sont des fêtard.... le matin personne pour préparé le breakfast, une honte pour un prix au alentours des 50€ !!!! Je recommande vraiment pas !!!」

「Staff got out of bed at 1 am due to my late arrival and made me feel welcome anyway. Super friendly staff and excellent security made for a perfect stay. I stayed dry in pouring rain.」

「The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! 」
