“Super vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. De kamers zijn ruim, wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. Het diner in het restaurant is erg goed, zo ook het uitgebreide ontbijt met diverse broodjes, fruit, kazen, vlaai, op verzoek klaargemaakte eieren, sappen, etc. Ook in het restaurant is de bediening erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een aanrader voor een verblijf en diner.”

“We only stayed one night but wished it had been longer. Fantastic in every way and we even got a room upgrade on arrival.”

“We arrived, and the host greeted us promptly and courteously. Showing us to our very clean room and bathroom facilities. The town of Spa is only a 10-minute drive away, as is Therme de Spa. Parking is free and you're allocated a space on arrival by the host. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. A pleasant and convenient stay, while on a European road trip.”

“Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying”

“The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. To top it off, the wine pours by……

“Nice rooms, but not a 5* hotel. Breakfast was very limited - the type of breakfast you would get in a 3* hotel. For hot dishes you had to pay extra while we already paid 500€ per night including breakfast. No value for money. ”
