This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Location is fantastic, cross a road and you're in the thick of it in the Waterfront. Area felt safe. Room was average sized, but nice and clean, with comfortable bed and decent shower (no bath in our room). Staff are excellent throughout...reception, concierge, restaurant, cleaning...can't fault ...
