「Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Wir hatten die Suite mit Pool gebucht und es war alles perfekt. Zimmer waren sauber, Pool sauber, die Hotelanlage sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr hervorzuheben war das gesamte Servicepersonal die sich um uns Gäste beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen gekümmert haben. Sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam und flink. Am Essen hat es uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Fünf Sterne plus ⭐️」

「Overall an enjoyable holiday at a good hotel. Reception & bar staff very friendly- more so than buffet/restaurant staff who worked hard but smiled little. Breakfast coffee machines repeatedly breaking down or running out of milk was frustrating. 」

「Das Hotel war super angenehm und die Zimmer wirklich schön. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir hatten glücklicherweise nur Frühstück gebucht, denn das Abendessen welches als a la carte angeboten wurde, hat uns nicht überzeugt. Die Portionen waren sehr klein und nicht schmackhaft aus unserer Perspektive. Wir haben die typische griechische Küche vermisst. Die Zimmer haben nur etwas seltsam gerochen, was aber durch die tägliche Reinigung weniger bemerkt wurde bzw. dadurch überdeckt...

「My husband and I were due to stay here for 4 nights at the end of last month, however our flight from Gatwick to Zakynthos were cancelled by EasyJet due to a storm/bad weather. The next flight out to the country was 2 days later. This was clearly out of our control. We contacted Expedia to ask for our money back on the hotel booking and the hotel declined to refund us stating their cancellation policy. 「The hotel looks absolutely beautiful and gives very luxurious feel. I loved the way that even when the resort was full you always had space for yourself. Food was great, cleaning staff amazing and it was also great to have access to showers if you were leaving in the afternoon after you checked out. All staff except one lady at the bar (working in the morning) were amazing and I hope I’ll see them there next time too. They really ensured that you feel like you have everything you need. 「Room adequate for the price, but air con not great and bed soft and uncomfortable. Staff were very nice, esp Ruth on front desk, breakfast great and available until 10:30 with full spread. Pools excellent and only a short walk to the lovely beach and bars/restaurants」
