「Would give negative stars if it was possible. Rented an apartment room with a kitchenette as we were staying for a few weeks. Checked in only to find old food with mold in the cabinets. Must have been rotting for months. I brought this up to the hotel. They apologized and provided us with a different room. Fine! The next day, my mother-in-law checked.
