“Claire was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful garden. She did a typical English breakfast which was delicious with fresh fruit and other goodies. I would recommend.”

It was evident from the certificates and photos around the place that it had been a hotel & restaurant of note with award winning credentials. “Check in was straightforward as I’d already paid. Room was very basic but clean and tidy. Shower, sink and toilet were all clean and there were plenty of towels. The large bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Tea and coffee were provided. All in all, a good stay. Thank you.”
