"In our view, this is more a conference centre than a hotel. The grounds are spectacular and the architecture is stunning. Food is very good and staff are great. To lift to a hotel, rooms need some refurbishment, bars need to be open and service levels could rise to cater to the guests."

"Hôtel en rénovation, il n'y a pas 3 restaurants mais bien un seul qui est ouvert! Personnel accroché à la réception, déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bon! C'est un peu loin du centre de Berastagi! "
