“Didi and his wife treated us nicely all the way and supported us with helpful information all over the trip and even beyond. The place was super clean and the breakfast superior. “Comfy bed, friendly staff, hot shower. WiFi is horrible, you need to sit outside to have good signal. The building is staff house for staff of several resorts on the island. No holiday atmosphere. People really live there. Dirty towel of guest before me was in the closet. Staff is friendly but could explain all the buttons in the room (hot water/airco etv) and be a bit more hospitable.”

“Booked Malinja homestay for 8 days and do our own cooking while on holiday. First impression took us aback to find the house lack of maintenance. We got loose taps, no bathroom sinks or mirrors. Loose door knobs at almost doors in the house. Understandably due to its location in Kampong area, expect some pests(ants, flying bugs and house lizards.. Water heater for display only. “In the middle of nothing. Owner seemed surprised when we got there even though we booked weeks in advance. There was no WiFi as claimed on the website. Room didn’t look like the ones in the picture. It was very dirty, smelled of smoke and there was frogs, ants and other insects. Didn’t really seem like they cared about their guesthouse or guests. ”

“Je suis decu par le resort. Les photos sont trompeuses. La piscine est toute la journée a l'ombre donc l'eau est toujours froide. Le resort est dans un endroit très isolé donc loin a distance de marche. L'hotel nous a envoye vers un prestataire pour aller sur une ile privée mais ils se sont arrangé pour nous faire payer 2 fois plus cher que les autres prestataires.
