Rooms are not very well maintained. Toilet has a hole, walls are shabby and the linen is with stains. (Probably washed but stains that have not left > probably should not used them then)

Plenty car parks and the room is quite clean... Breakfast need to be improve and the plug inside the room is not working and not enough for charging more than 1 device as one of the 2 plugs is broken... Room don’t have extra lock except the door hander...feel not so comfortable with only one basic lock. Swimming pool is small and not so clean... Overall is good and worth for the price...

Hotel ok but need a mini fridge in room and swimming pool very dirty. Surrounding of swimming pool need to be improved with more clealiness as very dirty and not maintained. Have sport light on at night at swimming pool so that visitors can hang round to eat or chit chat at the side of swimming pool. Swimming pool side is very dissapointing not maintained.

After complain and staff change room for us , but for my corner room with extra bed, the room is not clean and the TV not function at all!! Ask for technician repair for 3 days also no respond, staff only answer will get someone to fix later. AND the room not only physically dirty but also got me haunting experience. The location is excellent, very near town. But the cleanliness is terrible, the floor is so oily, the wall is dirty, and there's some stains on the pillow case. Amd the towel provided is also looks dirty. Lighting in room isn't enough. The shower is not baby friendly. No room service after instruction but done room service even already told not to do it. Won't book the same hotel next time

Tempat yg strategik utk penggemar shoping. Sarapan yg sedap,, tapi lebihkan pilihan menu. Bilik yg selesa, utk family yg ramai, bilik perlu dibesarkan lagi.. Sila bekalkan peti ais dan water heater utk diminum. Air panas di bilik mandi kurang panas.
