“In the past two years, I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and I have never encountered such a quality establishment as this one. The room is excellent. The bathroom is excellent. The fixtures, top-notch. Even the water pressure in the shower lol… The staff are equally amazing. Shannon, the assistant manager, is par excellence. “The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. Breakfast during the week was very disappointing (only oat milk for coffee, only turkey sausage, no waffles). But Saturday and Sunday the breakfast buffet was very well stacked.”

“We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!”

“Our stay here was mediocre. Not sure how it an excellent rating because I wasn’t impressed. The good parts were a comfortable bed and easy parking. Bad part was the shower caulking needs to be replaced as it looked moldy and was peeling. There was a razor in the bathroom trash can when we arrived (gross!), so was the room not cleaned well or did someone use it really quick after it had been cleaned…? Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking! Mismatched kitchen ware, looked like they gathered……

“There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I arrived. I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come check me in No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. Water was cut off for a bit just at the time I was getting ready to go out. In the morning I couldn't take a shower-for some reason the water wouldn't turn on. When I checked out no questions about how was your stay, do you need anything. Again no comment about……

“The area was ok. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Rooms could've been cleaner. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, but we just needed to sleep and booked here. Parking was great, basically right at each door. No breakfast, but close to some restaurants. ”

“My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. I have made arrangements to stay another five days at the Belmont in November. The Belmont Inn & Suites is reasonably priced. There……
