"Sehr zentral in Laboe. Super Lage am Hafen. Blick leider zur Landseite, nicht auf die Förde. Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schlüssel müssen leider ca. 500 m entfernt abgeholt werden und der Parkplatz liegt leider nicht direkt vor dem Haus, sondern 200 m entfernt auf einem Großparkplatz."

"War soweit alles ok, nur das mit dem Fernsehen, das man abends kein richtiges schlechtes Signal hat, ging garnicht. Dies war auch ein Punkt das wir früher abgereist sind. Und das der Trockner nicht funktioniert hat war auch nicht schön. Da die Wohnung leider kein Balkon hatte war es sehr schlecht die Wäsche zu trocknen."

"Tolle Unterkunft mit einer Küche die super ausgestattet ist! Leider ist der strandabschnitt vor der Türe nicht für Hunde was sehr schade war. Trotz des eng aufeinander gebauten hörte man von den Nachbarn kaum etwas! Die engen Parkplätze machten uns mit unserem FordBus etwas Schwierigkeiten."

"Im Haus ein Aufzug,sehr angenehm. Da ich schon älter bin hatte ich Probleme mit dem Bad. Das Waschbecken und Toilette sind sehr tief. Das Duschen in der Wanne,Ein/ Ausstieg schwierig. Durchlauferhitzer mit Temperatureinstellung,,super. Den Balkon habe ich viel genutzt. Es fehlt eine Markise. Im Sommer wird sich Balkon und Zimmer sehr aufheizen. Schrankbett,nicht bequem geht aber. Küche gute Ausstattung. Ein Sonnenschutz wäre dringend nötig."
