"Da vi tjekkede ind på hotellet, fik vi et værelse på samme etage som parkeringsgaragen – altså nederst i bygningen. Værelset var meget mørkt, og vi bad derfor om at få det skiftet. Personalet oplyste, at de ikke kunne flytte os, fordi de ikke kunne foretage ændringen i bookingsystemet, selvom vi online kunne se, at der var ledige værelser. Dagen efter kunne vi godt få et andet værelse, men kun mod en merbetaling, og vi skulle først tjekke ud og vente omkring fire timer, før det nye værelse ville...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, and I had one of the best nights of sleep during my trip. The environment was quiet, relaxing, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and pleasant. Everything was spotless, and the hotel was clearly managed with great attention to detail. "Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"
