"Beautiful room. Very spacious and well apportioned. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Ella at the front desk was amazing. She helped us with a few issues, where to go etc. we were looking forward to relaxing at the pool but it was way way too cold. Nobody was getting in it was just too freezing. Close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend! "

"This is a great hotel in Chiang Mai. Been to this city many times , first time at this hotel. From the service to the cleanliness to the food and everything else, we loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and well kept. I loved the bed and rain shower. The pool is very clean and really refreshing for a nice dip or even laps to keep your cardiovascular levels up. The breakfast is very good. I especially love the eggs. Stayed here only 2 nights and it was a bit different each day. The coffee machine pumps out incredible coffee. My favorite was the Mocha. If you don’t have breakfast included with your package, I still recommend purchasing it while there. The area to sit to eat is beautiful. All the front desk staff is wonderful. Good English speaking staff, very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Location is very good , can walk to the main drag where there’s a lot of markets and even a Big C. Housekeeping and food staff also very efficient and nice. Next time in Chiang Mai, we’re coming back here. I highly recommend this hotel. It was also very quiet at night so we slept good and felt very relaxed throughout our stay. "
