Aside from the elevator being inconsistent and broken half the time everything else was great especially for the price! This place was very clean. I have stayed at places twice the price that were filthy. So thank you to the staff! Great stay.

Poor water pressure in shower. Location was great . Beds were very comfortable . Hair dryer that was provided, didn’t work on high power. The electric plug that hair dryer had to be plugged into was black like it was malfunctioning. Staff were friendly . .

Not my favorite stay. The bathroom smelled really gross, I kept the door closed the entire time: The staff was nice enough, but it’s inconvenient they’re normally not at the front desk. You can only buy water from the front desk, not the vending machines, but they can’t make change. The lobby and such was clean, parking was plentiful. Maintenance was working on guest laundry.

I travel for work and spend a good amount of time in hotels this one seriously impressed me. Honestly one of the cleanest, nicest hotels iv stayed in The pool was super nice and well heated. The breakfast was amazing with a good selection of choices. The rooms are very clean and look newly renovated. The whole establishment itself is clean (lobby,laundry room,vending areas ect) and its in a good location being close to Lansing but not to close where it’s super busy. Highways right next to it to for easy on and off. Would recommend staying here. Oh and the pricing was absolutely amazing compared to similar places that are not as good! Definitely will be staying here again

The facility was nicely decorated and looked fairly new. I had the pool to myself during my stay, and it was clean, but could've been one or two degrees warmer. Front desk clerk was courteous. My room was spotless, the beds were comfy and had 4 pillows. Temperature control was via in-room thermostat. Minor demerits for there being only one type A USB slot in the entire room and no memo pad and pen. A good value.
