“We had a fantastic stay with this hotel deserving of their 4 star rating. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink which was a lovely touch and then guided to our room. The room was spotless, with an enormous and comfy bed! Good sized pool, plenty of sun loungers but a small comment would be helpful to have a few more parasols. Food choice was excellent and fresh, with the kitchen staff really knowledgeable around allergies - and lots of gluten free options available which was great. Area……

“ Die Unterkunft war wirklich super, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super: ruhig gelegen, mit genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Restaurant, die fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. - Leider waren die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche (Restaurants, Snackbar) nicht immer sauber. Vor allem die Gläser oder auch Teller waren teilweise noch mit Resten der vorherigen „Esser“ beschmutzt. Leider hat auch die ein oder andere Servicekraft die Gläser……

“This hotel was designed, sounds daft, but design was everywhere, stark, monumental, impressive, I liked it. But it lacked a few human touches. Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. We rarely got a pool sunlounger as they pool area was too small for the size of the hotel, which was half empty when we were……

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. Will be returning.”

“We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent.”
