"Hotel is a very nice hotel. Great location. Super facilities and pool areas. Staff were nice and friendly. The Grand club rooms came with excellent unexpected extras that would entice us to go back. One issue was air con didn't work in the room and after we reported it, someone came to fix but still didn't work. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"Very friendly staff, basic room - good value for money! It does have A/C & fridge, it‘s clean and room is cleaned every day, except Sundays. There is a terrace with seating & tables with a bit of view. Perfect for quiet summer nights. There is also a kitchen with kettle, fridge, microwave, etc. where you can have your own food! The only down side of the hotel is that the majority of the rooms have windows opening to the courtyard… If you are coming for holiday, just note that Arrecife is a ‚city‘ not a ‚beach town‘."

"Hotel was great for kids, there was a few loose tiles in the pool which they should rectify as ppl might cut their feet. Unfortunately we saw a few cockroaches on the ground floor area but cleaners were fast to remove them. It was a great price for the midterm."

"Such lovely hotel helpful staff. Oliver really helped me with my room when I first checked in, very passionate and wants to make sure guests are happy. I met some lovely people. The pool bar in the day the music was great and the staff were full of joy and smiles and made the guests laugh like a family. Definitely will be back to stay at this wonderful place. Rooms are stunning"

"We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus with dishes which are genuinely fresh and well prepared. With staff who were always polite and flawless in their services. Added to which the hotel IT system clearly worked very well as the staff at a restaurant or bar would ask how was such a thing we had asked about relating to our minibar for example. It made us feel that what we said mattered and was being taken seriously. The other thing to keep in mind is that the hotel offers a really extensive range of activities which you need to log onto the app to know about. These including but not limited to, shooting, archery, cooking, mixing drinks, tennis. The list really is long. This was the first time we have stayed at a Secrets hotel, and we think it may not be our last. I would certainly recommend the Lanzarote Secrets."

"Superb hotel, great location and facilities. I used to look a cheap AI hotel only to be disappointed. Food is excellent with lots of quality choices. Staff are amazing and all work extremely hard. Manuel outstanding in the restaurant 😊"

"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks! Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach. Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"
