“We visited the falcon hotel for our 6 day trip arriving & leaving August 2026. Our flight got in at 12am, we made it to the hotel at 1am where we were met with night manager Surkaan. Surkaan immediately told us that he did not have the room we booked available and was going to downgrade us to a twin bed room - when my husband argued this, Surkaan responded “you can find another hotel if needed”.
