“I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!”

“Lovely vibe, relaxing and functional. Excellent staff, I was helped with my bags. The room was a little cold int he evening and I couldn’t find the phone number for reception to ask how to turn on the radiators. Rugs on the floor would be lovely to step out of bed onto. Food all delicious.”

“The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a late afternoon walk on the country lanes of Middle Wallop. I want to mention a few things that did not bother us but may matter to other potential guests: - Room ("the family room"): because it was directly above the pub, we could hear music clearly through the floor until the pub closed. “The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.”
