“I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!”

“Beautiful,clean, bright accomodation, easy communication with owner, nice area, 10 mins away from grocery stores, enjoyed the red rocks for short hikes, just a few miles further on higyway 67, approx a 5 mins drive. I was the first days together with my girlfriend, then stayed a bit longer on my own, very safe area, check in was very easy. you need to be able to walk stairs, loft has high ceilings very nice. “We stayed here for 5 days while looking for houses in the area and loved every minute. The space was immaculate. We didn't need anything other than a few groceries. The hosts were very welcoming and left extensive directions for everything, including recommendations on the local area for dining and activities. Very peaceful and quiet. The spacious deck was amazing - I even worked from there most of the stay. Deer would come through the yard every day and we even saw a family of fox with 5 pups……

“Only good things to say!!!! The space was enormous and immaculate. Dressed all in white it felt pristine. One bedroom had a king and a "full" fold down futon. The second bedroom had a bunk and a full bed and the livingroom sofa that could sleep 4/5 people. If you have a LARGE crew, this is the place for you...lots of sleeping space. There were lovely upscale touches, like Calvin Klien Towels, Starbucks coffee mugs, the cutest "ball" mason jars for glasses, lovely wine glasses and a gorgeous……

“The inn was cute and clean. We enjoyed the views and mountain stream. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear the neighbor’s conversations. We did use the microwave in the amenities room. The bathroom was a nice size and provided hot water, always. The parking situation is tough, especially in snow. Be prepared with a truck or SUV. ”

“Great stay in the front unit. Was very tidy and the views were amazing. Nice location close to garden of the gods! Keypad on door was abit confusing to lock/unlock and back yard is not attached to front unit so had to leash up dog whenever I had to take him out but those were minimal problems in the grand scheme. Overall, highly recommend. Great stay. Thanks so much.”

“The location was great. Easy to get to all Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs sites. This is a downstairs suite of a house with a separate deck and entrance. The stone steps along the side of the house will be tricky if wet or snowy. Check in and communication with host was good.”

“We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.”

“Would highly highly recommend Shari's place. The views of the rockies were absolutely incredible and we loved the outdoor fire pit. The place was extremely well decorated and cozy - it felt very homey with the cute decor throughout and thoughtful amenities. The bed was also very comfortable- i was hands down the best one we've probably ever slept in on a vrbo trip (and better than all the hotel beds we've had on this trip too!) The place was also within a 10 minute drive from downtown Colorado……

“The apartment was spacious and very clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did.”
