“We enjoyed the house. Quiet neighborhood close to a park. Great for our kids. Responsive host. Enjoyed the hot tub and that you could see the tops of the mountain from the deck. Hiking in Garden of the Gods was our favorite and this house was in great proximity to that location. ”

“The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! ”

“Delightful! It was a lovely property, with a good kitchen, nice bedrooms, and a great bathroom on the second floor. It was very quiet and very private. It was among a lot of trees but yet had a good view, see pictures. The property was very clean and very well equipped, in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The owner and Caitlin and her partner were extremely responsive and very promptly fixed the one thing that needed fixing. Couldn't have been any better! The property was very nicely……

“We spent 2 nights in this nice small house located near Garden of the Gods and pikes peak. Everything thing was cozy and mostly as advertised. Our only complaint was that the refrigerator had open food and drinks. The was also a half eaten energy bar still in it wrapper. And the place had much dust around. It’s a small issue but with the cleaning fees so high it’s worth noting and it may have been a one time thing ”

The home appears to be freshly built, is spacious, clean, and complete with all modern amenities. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms featured large showers with great water pressure. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this property. ”
