“A delightful "themed" pair of rooms that are quite charming! The host has packed all kinds of surprises in here...including a mirrored cabinet with a fridge, microwave, Keurig machine and tea kettle. Very little road noise. I found plenty of light to read by although the room may seem 'dark' to those used to white walls. There are a pair of chairs and a table you can sit outside and enjoy your tea. “I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. In addition to having a spacious upstairs flat at my disposal I needed a full kitchen to be able to do some cooking while I was there. The interior decor was tasteful and there was a good selection of books to expand my reading options. “We enjoyed this wonderful house in the Sunset district of SF. Host communicated well to all inquiries. Another gentleman associated with the property lives on the 1st floor and the rental is the entire 2nd floor. He was very helpful with parking and other questions and if he had not mentioned it we would have not known he was there on the 1st floor. No issues with the setup. “The Cheerful House is perfectly accommodating, very easy to live in. The bathrooms are well stocked and suited for multiple people to comfortably use. We appreciated the kitchen and the roomy space for us to cook, eat, and clean up. While there is no washing machine, it was not a deal breaker by any means!
