Lovely place, but disappointing overall!
Despite reminders, check in details weren't provided until after our arrival in Cyprus, stressful! The flat was very clean except for some cobwebs high up in the lounge. The balcony is a good size but there was no sun on it.There was 1 (very skinny) pillow each - no spares in either room. Two of the 4 of us had stiff necks during our stay. The sheets were not fitted, were too small for the single beds and could not be tucked under the mattress. This meant that they bunched up in the bed during the night, leaving you sleeping on a mattress that had no mattress protector. As this would have happened to all previous guests, it was very unhygienic and could have easily been solved. One bath towel per person, with 1 hand towel in each of the shower rooms. As 2 of us were women with long hair, it was difficult for us to shower and wash our hair as we only had 1 towel each. When I called the property manager, they said they could supply additional towels/pillows for 5 euros each. I found this unsatisfactory as it is standard to have 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person as an absolute minimum. I was told if I didn't want to pay extra, we could use the w/machine to wash our towels - completely impractical as they would take time to dry - ok if you only want to shower every other day!We were left no dishcloths or tea towels and a dirty used washing up sponge...The issues we had could have been easily rectified had the manager been willing to do so. Very disappointing!!
