“Fantastic 6 br family house enough space for all, fantastic outside and pool area. Nice quiet location (except for noise from dogs at the nearby mini zoo) Not possible to walk to the town or beach ”

“Wir waren 2 Paare und deshalb war die Aufteilung des Hauses mit unten Schlafzimmer und Bad und oben Schlafzimmer und Bad perfekt. Schöner Bereich zum draußen aufhalten. Prima Verständigung Vorort mit Vermieter man konnte jederzeit jemanden erreichen.Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht und werden bestimmt nochmal dorthin gehen.Tauben und Katzen gehörten dort allerdings zum Tagesablauf dazu sollte erwähnt werden.”

“We stayed at Cape Serenity to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and had kids under 4, teens, 20’s,50’s and an 80 yr old. This was the perfect property for that. We had the young kids and their parents in the main house and the rest of us had our own suites in the 2nd building. It couldn’t have worked out better. We all had privacy when we needed it and used the fabulous pool area when we were all together. No one ever felt like anyone was “in their space”. The area by the pool was outstanding……

“From start to finish this stay was amazing. Excellent communication from the hosts who even greeted us and took us to the local shop for supplies. The rooms are super plenty of space for everyone to be together or have quiet time. Hot tub, Sauna, pool, games everything we needed for a family event. We were a family of 10 adults and 2 children and the villa was perfection. They even suggested a chef to come and do a bbq for us and it was amazing. Just can't praise this place enough and hope to……

“The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean……
