「Location, neatness, shops nearby」

「very noisy rooms and bathrooms need maintenance」

「The staff were great. But the facility is a bit run down, nothing fancy. Breakfast is a croissant and coffee. No butter or jam for the croissant no refrigerator in the room not allowed to use the microwave in the kitchen. The room rooms didn’t have much space and nowhere really to put a suitcase so we had to rent a room with a third bedroom so we could put our suitcase on the third bed. The door that is to the front does not work so if you’re handicap or you have heavy luggage, you have to...

「Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Plaza serrano is 10 minutes away. That’s where you can find the pretty narrow streets and many places to eat. At night, it also comes alive with music, drinks and more. The hotel feels personal and decor rates with love. The staff is exceptional, special thanks to the front desk team: Jose, Jean, Milena, Agustín. Definitely recommend」

「Super lovely and attentive staff. Great with correspondence and ensuring we were picked up by a driver at 2:30am! Great room comfy bed and again excellent staff. Agustina and Luca I believe were the two main people I met with, but the other staff were equally as lovely.」

「In the middle of the resaurants and bars district, easy for food and drinks but a bit far from the subway. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.」

「The staff was excellent and the hotel is on a quiet street and near many places to visit. The gym machines did not all work. The shower was small, but maybe that was because I was in a less expensive room. The breakfast was very good.」
