There is ample onsite parking with a 2 car garage and large pad out front as well as a long driveway to park a longer vehicle.

NASA, White Sands Missile Range, and the famous White Sands National Monument is only 40 minutes away. Beautiful sunset views of Organ Mountains. Check out the local cuisine, historic Old Mesilla, outdoor activities, and cultural events!

Safe, quiet neighborhood close to the freeway for easy access to White Sands or any other destination. This desert oasis has all the necessities of a home and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the highway.

There are four bedrooms with comfortable beds, premium sheets, and pillows. In addition, every bedroom has a ceiling fan, nightstands, reading lights, and books for your enjoyment.

The Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

☀ NO PETS ALLOWED ☀
We also love those furry friends, but sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

☀ NO SMOKING INSIDE ☀
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $200 dollar fee as well as additional fees for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture and carpet cleaning.

☀ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ☀
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Parties or events will result in your canceled booking as well as any related cleaning fees.
