「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

The access to the water was not as we understood it, it’s a public beach across the way from the hotel, no dedicated space for hotel guests, no chair’s umbrella’s etc. so that was not as advertised. 「This was our second time staying here as it is such a perfect hotel, went with our 14 year old daughter and it was an amazing stay. The pool is beautiful, the location is great, staff very welcoming and the rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The spa is a nice addition too - as is the breakfast. Highly recommended」
