"Excelente opción Green Friendly / ecológica. Con sus propios paneles solares, cultivos y propiedad con mucho verde lograron sorprenderme gratamente. El desayuno es simplemente delicioso, fresco y muy bien pensado. El área de comidas es excelente, rodeada de naturaleza y muy bien pensada. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen vistas preciosas, aire acondicionado funcional y agua caliente deliciosa. Sinceramente recomendaría el lugar y sin duda volvería a quedarme. "

"Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet connection - and it sucked! Jesus from maintenance helped me, and after a couple of HOURS I could actually work on emails and calls. Food is super overpriced and bad! The only positive thing about this propriety is location (which is not awesome either). I would definitely stay away from this place."

"Al hotel le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento, las cosas se ven mal y desgastadas, el baño estaba roto, la cortina se rompió estando ahí, los muebles se ven gastados. La puerta del cuarto está pelada. Hace falta mantenimiento esto daña la experiencia. "

"Elquins property was WAYYYYY better than expected. Communication was easy, it was located in a nice safe building and it was BEAUTIFUL.. it was tastefully decorated and the AC in each room sealed the deal for us. By far one of the best properties i've ever stayed in. Thsnks to him for having such comfortable accomadations. I would HIGHLY recommend his property to anyone visiting Cali Colombia."

"Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive."
