“And what an amazing host, Emkay Forest. He was very pleasant and present on the property, helpful, just what you would want in a host. The small Jasmine Cabin was like a lovely nest and we were so comfortable. Very clean, great location, comfy bedding, pillows and towels, a nice private outdoor sitting area, a well-equipped beach along the Soquel Creek all set for picnics and relaxing. “The location is awesome - about 100 yards from the beach on a quiet, home-lined street. The layout of the house is a little funky; it seems like two homes were combined into one, but it works great for big groups. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, with two kitchens and living/dining rooms on the second floor. The game room is accessible from the back of the house, but we didn't use it at all.”

“The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE……

“My husband and our two senior dogs stayed here in an attempt to get away from the Fourth of July fireworks in our home neighborhood. This space was exactly as describe, a small one bed one bath with a fully fenced in backyard. The space was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway with two adults. The area was quiet and tranquil, with local trails and towns about 20 minutes away. We would love to stay here again!”
