"Royal Palms is a nice property, but the location not so much. Check in process was long and very stressful. The property manager and the condominium owner were not responding to my phone messages and the security at the gate didn’t have information about my arrival."

"Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it. It have been more than 10 days I already presented proof that I was requested by the owner but I haven’t...
